Deposit Policy for the Lodge : We require 50% down payable by credit card AMEX/VS/MC are accepted. We will charge the card the remainder balance upon arrival.

Deposit Policy for the Hotel: We require 1st night down payable by credit card AMEX/VS/MC are accepted.We will charge the card the remainder balance upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy Lodge: Cancellations must be at least 60 days in advance. Cancellations received after this will be charged 50% of the total stay. If we are able to fill the reservation, we will return the amount in its entirety, less a $40 administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days of your reservation date will be charged the full amount.

Cancellation Policy Hotel : Cancellations must be at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations received after this will be charged up to 50% of the total rental stay. If we are able to fill the reservation, we will return the amount in its entirety, less a $40 administration fee.

Snow Condition Policy: Cancellations due to no or low (un-rideable) snow conditions are refundable ONLY if the snowmobile trails are CLOSED the days of your stay, but the $40 admin fee is still applicable.

Damages Policy: You are responsible for any damage to the room/lodge and its contents beyond normal wear and tear. This includes: loss or damage to contents of the room/lodge (e.g. towels), excess garbage removal, and excessive cleaning requirements.
